An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable, payment cannot be verified or an error prevents fulfillment, we will contact you. We will not substitute an item or increase the amount charged without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, the full refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days after cancellation approval.
